SALA 2017

Saint Ignatius Art Show is pleased to be included in the 2017 SALA program as an exhibiting event showcasing South Australian artists and their work. The Saint Ignatius Art  Show also aims to extend audiences by hosting the event at the Saint Ignatius Junior School campus on Queen Street in Norwood it is encouraging young artists to imagine possibilities and experience a range of artistic mediums. The community event has established its reputation as a showcase of established and emerging local artists.

SALA 2017

The SALA Festival was established in 1998 to promote and celebrate the many talented visual artists in South Australia. Their aim to extend audiences still remains a cornerstone of the Festival, and as an umbrella organisation they have continued a policy of inclusiveness allowing all artists at any level and working in any medium to be part of the annual SALA Festival every August.

Mission

SALA provides a range of opportunities and initiatives that celebrate and promote South Australian visual artists, locally, nationally and internationally. Initiatives include the annual SALA Festival, an innovative, community-based State-wide festival.
